Guys, Aya found a silver SanDisk usb in the Rec room today after WinDEU and everyone left. We're guessing it's either Ryan or Shruti's but we're not sure. I have it in my possession right now (I'm Kasey by the way). If it's yours, post here because I'm going to be a lot more active. If I seriously don't get back to you, yell at someone like Ken so that he can see me the next day and yell at me. XD We'll work something out with getting the USB back to you, or if you need files immediately, through email.

No, Shruti because I'm pretty sure she had a silver Sandisk on her because her USB was giving her problems and she told me never to get a Sandisk.
I don't think AJ had one with him....then again, not too sure. XD If it's Spooty's, I'm going to laugh because I told him to make sure he didn't leave his ID. Never thought to tell him not to leave his USB.

If you have a PC or something nearby, couldn't you check the files and see what the tag or something is on the USB?

I feel bad just going into someone's USB though, even if it is to help identify the USB... T_T

I've got my USB, so it's not mine. But I think I left a blue water bottle there. Not really a big deal, though; probably cost like $2 or something haha.
Anyway, I had an awesome weekend down there with you guys. Thanks to Sujay and Ken for putting on an amazing tournament, and to the rest of you for just being awesome. Keep Master Sparkin', Team Touhou!

Yeah Spooty, we noticed that one about ten minutes after you left. Margot has it, so you can get it from her when you come down next. By the way, I can't find you on facebook.
I was really happy about meeting so many new people too! Hugs to everyone! I'm going along with Spooty and saying cheers to Ken and Sujay for being awesome for running the tournament and thanks to everyone for being phenomenal as well. I'm also really glad you guys are letting me be on Team Touhou. Thank you so much! You don't know how much it means to me, being a part of such an amazing group! You guys are all awesome! ^^ I'll do my best to get better in both ITG and Touhou so I can help represent!!

Just wanted to thank Sujay and Ken for running a nice tournament, though pad issues really clouded it, I think the winners all deserved their placings.
I think the pads will need serious work before the Spring tournament (f you hold one), and I think that will likely require new sensors. When I worked on the machine, I tried to use as few of the new sensors as possible, but because they were not stored properly, many were bent and already damaged before they had been used.

There's a lot that I need to think about for the spring tournament, assuming you guys would let me (or allow be to assist in) running it:
1) Making some changes to the bracket to avoid rematches, like Kyle suggested
2) Possibly qualifying the night before, and/OR making it a two day (Sat/Sun) event. Doing a first round single elim then cutting half the bracket in the first round is something I REALLY dislike, and because I didn't do that, we had some serious comebacks from lower seeded players (such as Tony). However, that really added to the length of the tournament.
I strongly believe that doing a 3-song style qualifier saved some time. All the qualifying was complete within an hour and a half, where I think when it's song by song it takes about 2 hours (prep for each pair to get on the pads, half as many announcements I had to do, etc)
3) Prizes... I don't know if it's plausible for you guys to find out how much money you have in terms of RSO funds ro use for events, but if at least 4-5 hours can be applied from that money (~$50) then I would be able to award more generous prizes. I feel bad you guys had to go out-of-pocket for things like sightreading, you should really make use of whatever you can as an RSO, and if need be, fundraise.
Not to mention, for the spring tournament, both Ken and Nick will likely be running a side tournament, so that will add extra time.
Touhou went really well. It didn't interfere with ITG at all and I was able to move around both brackets quickly, and easily accomodate players who were in both. If I had started it just a little earlier, while people were qualifying, they would have ended at the same time.

Haha, the pads were fine until Rynker played on them.
